Anne Hay has been widely published in literary magazines and anthologies, including Magma, Gutter, Envoi, Interpreter’s House, Northwords Now. She won a Scottish Book Trust New Writers’ Award for poetry in 2020. Her book of poetry is available for sale below.
She has also written short fiction and comedy for BBC Radio 4 and Radio Scotland.
Her career was in adult education, teaching creative writing, adult literacy and study skills with Open Studies, Edinburgh university, Edinburgh City Council, Workers’ Educational Association and Open Book Reading.
